What is The One Person Revolution?
The One Person Revolution is my vision for the world, where every human being has the freedom to choose to take effective self-responsibility for their own good (and the good of all people).
It rests on the premises that
- All beliefs and truths are contingent,
- People are agents who are capable of creating change through the decisions that they make, and
- People are not means to ends.
It is guided by the values of
- Choice: Every person is a sovereign being whose ability to choose and personal boundaries ought to be respected.
- Empowerment: Every person possesses the strengths, resources and abilities required to resolve their challenges when they are adequately resourced.
- Self-Responsibility: Every person ought to have the opportunity to practice personal freedom: that is, being in charge of, and responsible for, their own life.
- Integrity: Every person ought to have the opportunity to practice living life intentionally, and in alignment with their values.

10% of all sales made between October 14 2020 and November 30 2021 have been paid as restitution to individuals and communities that experience oppression as a result of western imperialism and its subsidiaries. Together, our network paid over $1,500 CAD in restitution.
As of December 1 2021, I have shifted to a gift economy model as a start to my divestment from the market economy. Regarding restitution now and going forwards, my plan is to provide hands-on, front-line support, and I have started taking the necessary steps to make this transition possible.

Do you still facilitate private Cacao Ceremonies?
If you have been practicing with me for a while, you might know that I love holding space for Cacao Ceremony. And while I don’t often organize them directly through my business anymore, I would love to partner with you to deliver one!
A private Cacao Ceremony can be a great way to celebrate a birthday, graduation or other large life event with the people who are closest to you.
As a holistic business, you might also want to offer a Cacao Ceremony event to your clients to celebrate a lunar event (i.e. New/Full Moon or Eclipse) or seasonal change (i.e. Equinox or Solstice).

A bit about Cacao:
Cacao is what chocolate is made from! It is the seed of the tropical fruit known as Theobroma Cacao. Chocolate is made by combining certain portions of cocoa powder (the de-fatted cacao) and cacao butter (the fat from the bean) along with other ingredients to get the consistency and taste we know as chocolate. However, commercially produced cacao/cocoa/chocolate is not the Plant Spirit medicine that you seek; if you can buy it in the grocery store, it’s not ceremonial grade.
I use the term ‘Cacao’ to refer to the purest form of Cacao, that which has nothing removed, and only very specific ingredients added with intention. This is synonymous with ‘Ceremonial Grade Cacao.’
The fruit is harvested when ripe then fermented and dried; this process alkalizes the beans and activates the beneficial compounds within. Then they are often roasted which finishes the flavour and kills the bacteria that accumulates during the fermentation phase. After this, the husks are removed and the nibs are finely ground, possibly tempered and moulded.
Ceremonial grade cacao is minimally processed and handled at every step of production with intention, love and respect.
And if your wondering whether Cacao is ‘good for you,’ rest easy as Cacao is considered a superfood!
It is packed with beneficial and vital minerals: magnesium, chromium, copper, calcium, manganese, zinc, sulfur, iron and phosphorus.
It stimulates the release of neuro-chemicals that beneficially affect our state of mind: norepinephrine (joy), serotonin (health and well being), dopamine (pleasure), anandamine (bliss), and phenylethylamine (excitement, alertness, attention). The mild bitterness can also serve to cleanse the liver or release emotions, and the alkaloid content of pure cacao boosts circulation and absorption of nutrients.
This Plant Spirit will never cease to amaze me; it is one of the most pharmacologically complex plant substances known to humans!
