It is my hope that the writing on this website has contributed to clarity around this process, namely that this opportunity to offer a gift is one that is offered only when one can do so joyfully, and without hardship, resentment or expectation. If you have given a gift, and things have shifted in your experience, please consider starting a dialogue in the form below.

 

RESOURCES (EBOOKS, WORKBOOKS, COURSES, ETC.)

Because these are instant access downloads/courses, they are not able to be returned/exchanged.

 

EVENTS, BREAKTHROUGH / EMBODIMENT SESSIONS, MEMBERSHIPS, PROGRAMS 

For all of these offerings, please note that I reserve the right to remove any person/people from any event, session, membership or program who participate in harassment on the basis of race, colour, ancestry, nationality or place of origin, ethnic background, religion, age, gender identity, sex, phenotypical characteristics, sexual orientation, marital and family status, source of income, political belief and physical or mental disability.

Harassment is any behaviour that degrades, demeans, humiliates, or embarrasses a person, and that a reasonable person should have known would be unwelcome. It includes actions (eg. touching, pushing), comments (eg. jokes, name-calling) or displays (eg. social media posts, posters).

If someone is removed for any of these reasons, no refund or credit is available.

 

SINGLE EVENTS / SESSIONS

When an event is NOT sold out at the time of request, and for Breakthrough/Embodiment Sessions:

I will gladly coordinate a refund (less the payment processing fee) with a minimum of 24 hours advanced notice. Within 24 hours of the event I will coordinate a store credit for you to use on anything in the online shop. After the event start time has passed, no refund or credit is available.

When an event IS sold out at the time of request:

I will gladly help coordinate a refund (less the payment processing fee) with a minimum of 1 week advanced notice. I will keep a waitlist of people who are hoping to participate in the event once sold out, and within 1 week of the event I will help facilitate a participant exchange where possible. Should your spot be able to be filled, you can expect a refund (less the payment processing fee). If your spot is unable to be filled, no refund or credit is available. Within 24 hours of the event and thereafter, no refund or credit is available. In the event no refund or credit is available to you, you will receive all materials, replays and bonus value a associated with your purchase.

 

WORKSHOP SERIES, MASTERCLASS EVENTS, THE RECLAIM. PROGRAM

When an event is NOT sold out at the time of request:

When an event IS sold out at the time of request:

MEMBERSHIPS

Because you gain instant access to a membership area with multiple resources upon purchase, membership fees are non-refundable. When requested within 14 days of your purchase, I will gladly coordinate a store credit to your account for the pro-rated amount remaining on your membership should you wish to cancel. No credit requests are accepted after 14 days from the purchase date. You will retain your access to the membership for the full length of time covered by your payment.

The return policy for each program will be unique based on its length, method of delivery and medium. Please see the individual program offerings for more details!
